I agree he outcoached the other guys at at least 638 times so far not bad.

Just curious, could someone compile an alltime winningest coach list of say about top 20 or so. I was interested in seeing where coaches like John Bill Trivette, Junior Newsome, Johnny Martin, Craynor Slone and Bill Mike Runyon would rank.

I know nothing about Fraley's encore tenure at Pulaski County, other than he didn't have a great deal of success. What is it that makes Knott Central think he is the answer?

Well, in light of the Hicks courtship, it appears KCC was certainly gonig after a big name. Other than that, I don't know. In Fraley's defense, his second tour of duty coincided with South Laurel's rise to prominence, as well as North Laurel's time with the foreign affair. His teams weren't bad, it just wasn't an easy time to be in the old 48th District.

It is my understanding that KCC has a very talented team coming back. And Coach Fraley has proven he can win with talent, like hes done in his career. I see this as a good move for them.

I don't know if Fraley capable of rebuilding a program at this point in his life but I don't think there is any doubt that he is a good enough game coach to succeed with talent and it appears he's got that at KCC this season.

Well I am guessing that with Coach Hicks if he were to go to KCC talent wouldn't be the deciding factor when looking at what Scott Co. has. :lol: I am guessing a lot of the big name coaches get courted to other programs all the time. You can't blame coaches for looking into different situations.

Will former Fraley assistant Roscoe Denny make the move as well?

No. Why would he leave South Laurel to go to Knott Central? He didn't join Fraley during his last stint at Pulaski.

Maybe a change of scenery?

He's way too old for this. 1 year and done, and they have to start over again....why??

Fraley is a great hire regardless of his age. Knowledge,discipline,knows the area and knows how to win. Any word on assistants? Good luck to the old coach and to KCC for wanting to win and willing to do it.
