I hope she is done.

Obama scares me, A LOT.

Barney Frank and Pelosi scare me more.................

What is the procedure for losing the role as speaker? Would it have to be done in the 2010 elections, or do they hold a special vote, or what?

I'm not a big fan of Pelosi, and it certainly wouldn't bother me to see a change. I would love to see a Speaker of the House that isn't so partisan, but I'm not holding my breath.

Lots of talk about her potentially losing her Speaker role.

Yesterday's presser probably didn't help her cause within her own ranks.

Will she continue to the be the Speaker?

Will she continue to be Speaker? Probably, she will continue to blame the CIA, her staff, or Republicans and deny any wrong doing. First rule of politics: never admit when you’re wrong.

I bet she is a great grandmother. She sure is a great story teller. :D

If the democrats our starting to criticize her. Looks to me like the writing is on the wall. The biggest problem I see is that IMO everyone in D.C is a liar. Its just a matter of time till something bites them in the backend.

Newt Gingrich had a few comments on Pelosi which I happen to agree.

Said Gingrich: "I think she has lied to the House, and I think that the House has an absolute obligation to open an inquiry, and I hope there will be a resolution to investigate her. And I think this is a big deal. I don't think the Speaker of the House can lie to the country on national security matters."

He added: "I think this is the most despicable, dishonest and vicious political effort I've seen in my lifetime."

More: "She is a trivial politician, viciously using partisanship for the narrowist of purposes, and she dishonors the Congress by her behavior."
