I think it should be held at Harlan County when it is time for the 52nd district to host, and then at the Arena the other years.

 

Two great facilities, might was well use both. I live in Corbin, but am from Harlan, so I LOVE both ideas...

Some of the Corbin folks just couldn't bear that trip every fourth year though.

It would be my guess people from other parts of the region (Laurel Co. Whitley Co. W'burg, LC, Jackson Co. etc.) don't care much for the drive either. Every fourth year would be fine, if HC pays out to all teams in the region equal amounts of money similar to the Arena.
