April 9, 200917 yr I kind of go back and forth with this. He is human and how many people have had DUI's in their life? But at the same time this obviously is an issue with the Bengals and if I were a Bengal I would think maybe I should avoid the possibility of getting arrested.

April 10, 200917 yr The reason Hall gave was that his past due pregnant wife called him asking him to come home immediately. Now I'm not sure what he was doing out at that time of night/morning with his wife in that condition, but I can understand why he may have made the decision to go home.
