March 13, 200917 yr :lol: I took the ticket and didn't say a word. Around too many athletes to know better than picking a fight I can't win... :lol: Your not a cop that is why you can't win but if that was you now on the other hand you wouldn't have gotten a ticket.
March 13, 200917 yr Calmly and reasonably state your case to the judge and you may get off with court costs......or not. Yeah right the Judge's are the crooks because it is more money for them.

March 13, 200917 yr lol, bitterness. Yeah I guess it is bitterness when you can go 90 in a 65 and not get a ticket. You can drink and drive no matter how drunk you get without getting a dui. A lot of cops have Barney Fifle disease or little man disease! They abuse their power as cops!
March 13, 200917 yr You can go to traffic school and save the fine and the 3 points against your record that will raise your insurance rates. Or call a lawyer in the county it was in and pay them maybe $100-$150 to appear, get it amended to defective equipment, save the points the traffic school and your having to appear in court. In the end, its money well-spent.
March 13, 200917 yr I got a ticket in Cincinnati for supposenly running a red light coming down the hill from University of Cincinnati hospital. Only problem is, I didn't run anything but green lights. There were three others in the van with me and all 3 were scratching their heads like I was, asking, "What red light is he talking about?" But like gametime did, I didn't say a word. Took the ticket, came back to Owsley County, and mailed in $114 (and it was right before Christmas,too).:cry: You're in a no-win situation if a cop gets the notion he needs to vamp up his ticket quota for the day. :irked:
March 13, 200917 yr Got one in Laurel County Last week for expired tags and no registration and no seat belt..he didn't write me for the tail light and busted windshield..This was the second time I had driven in over a month due to tree fallen on me and breaking my back in 5 places...Anyways I went and got my tags renewed and they dropped everything...Lucky me...Must be living right..
March 13, 200917 yr The light turned FROM green to yellow as I was entering the intersection... You should have told him you were clearing the intersection and not trying to beat a yellow. But on the positive side your donation will help fund EMT equipment and police equipment... maybe it will come back to help ya out someday.
