March 8, 200917 yr We won't know anything for certain until Sunday's Selection Show, but at 19-15, I'd have to think they'll be in the play-in game. We'll have to wait and see, though. I'm going for a road trip! Depends on who else gets automatics, but I believe play in game is at Dayton on Tuesday after Selection Sunday. Congrats to Coach DT and the Eagles!

I've always been under the impression that the play-in game matches up the teams from the two lowest-rated conferences. If that is the case, Morehead won't be in it. Even if I'm wrong, there is a decent shot that Morehead won't be one of the two weakest teams in the field. There are always some upsets in the lower-tier leagues.

March 8, 200917 yr MSU is looking at playing either Pitt or UNC if I was guessing, it depends on what team is the overall number 1 seed. Which ever team is that, MSU will play the other...I'm guessing Pitt on the assumption that UNC doens't lose to puke tomorrow and wins the ACC.

One of the only regrets I have leaving KY was giving up my season tickets to watch MSU play. The wife and I loved it especially after Tyndall took over. We both teared up tonight after they won, seeing our school finally get to the show. After what MSU went through with Macy as the coach, no school in the state deserves it more than the Eagles that's for sure...
March 8, 200917 yr Great win for Morehead. That lob in regulation was amazing, and I didn't see it coming. This was one of the best games I have saw in some time. I really wanted another overtime, but I was happy to see Morehead win it. Best of luck in the big dance to the Eagles.

That's funny...congratulations on making the tourny... you now get to play one of the two most talented teams in the coutnry. It's all good though! I hope it's within driving distance. I have a free plane ticket but don't want to burn it.
March 8, 200917 yr Morehead's RPI is #134. Personally I don't see anyway they end up in the play in game. There will be several teams with a much lower RPI. I think the Eagles are a 15 seed.
