Even the biggest diehards are getting tired of it. I would never be a Steelers fan though.

I didn't think a GM could be as dumb as Steve Kerr was when he traded Marion, fired D'Antonio, traded two of their top 7 for an aging player, and then put their best player on the block.

But Mike Brown takes the cake. Matt Millen might not be an improvement, but it would be a lateral movement at the worst. Ha

I wish the Bengals would move

Trust me... you never want a team you care about/ root for to leave

I wish I could just give up on the Bengals. I am trying really hard. Choke kicker is definatly worth tagging more than a gut that is tops in the leauge in catches the last few years! Typical Bengals! Idiots!

It worked out pretty well for the Patriots.

Only reason I can think of for tagging the kicker is if you have no intentions of signing him after this year.

Tagging a kicker in itself is not such a horrible move...consider the Pats situation. They had a strong Super Bowl contender and really no need to tag anyone else. They could have either let Vinatieri walk because they didn't want to sign him to an expensive long-term deal and potentially ruin a Super Bowl season...or tag him, pay him for one year and keep the best big game/clutch kicker in league history and feel secure that FG's wouldn't cost them.

But, for a team that has holes all over the place, is most likely re-building and most likely isn't making the playoffs...to waste your tag on a kicker is absurd. No matter how good he is and even if you don't need to use the tag anywhere else. I just don't see the point...let him walk and save the money.

^ Any room on that Black and Gold wagon Jim?

My Dad said this last week... First time I've ever hung up on him...

Is Mike Brown the dumbest person in America? Or does he have a crush on Golden Graham?

I'm guessing both...

Why Mike, why?:idunno:

Good to hear. Im tired of it too, but I'll never be tired enough to be a Steelers fan.

I'm in that group of tired but NO STEELERS Waggon like so many!

'Course, his timing was fortuitous. Had he leaped two years ago, he might not have noticed much of a difference, at least in terms of quality of play on the field. :sssh:

Seeing how they can't stick it in the endzone, this makes total sense. (sarcastic)

Let the best reciever they have go, and keep Loudmouth Johnson and Head Henry.

Looks like it is time to break out the paper bags again.

You keeping your seats?

The guy costs us the playoffs a couple years back out in Denver but Mikey Boy wants to tag him. Now Shane can take that 2.5 Milly and go buy 3 or 4 more exotic cars and make em look silly by placing a VT sticker in the rear window. LOL

I hope the best for the Bengals, I truly do but I am done with them. This past fall was so relaxing and I got so much done on the weekends. I look forward to the same this season.

How did he cost the Bengals the playoffs in Denver? If you thought he cost them the game you watched another game. It was Brad St Louis who is the long snapper and Kyle Larson the holder who couldn't get the ball down for Graham to kick it. If you want to blame anyone on that loss blame Carson. I watched this game on NFL Network about 3 months after the Super Bowl. I was drinking an adult beverage. I almost threw it at the TV. Carson missed Chris Henry twice and Chad wide up that would have put this game out of reach. If you forgot or didn't watch this game Dexter Jackson picked off Jay Cutler's first pass of the game and took it to the 5 yard line. Carson threw an int in the end zone. I remember this game because it was on Christmas Eve. This game shouldn't have even close. John Lynch even said after the game this game shouldn't been close. He said the Broncos got an early Christmas present. The next week the 49ers and Steelers both knocked the Bengals and Broncos out of the playoffs.
