February 17, 200917 yr ^ Any room on that Black and Gold wagon Jim? You slap yourself right now. I dont care if the bengals never win another game in my life, you just dont say that HT!:ohbrother::madman:
February 17, 200917 yr You slap yourself right now. I dont care if the bengals never win another game in my life, you just dont say that HT!:ohbrother::madman: Can you blame him? He's like Chad, TJ, Dillon, etc. -- tired of the losing!
February 17, 200917 yr Overheard at the Bengals front office meeting today.... Mike Brown: I think he'll fit right in with our team concept. Marvin Lewis: That reminds me, I was going to ask you. What exactly *is* our team concept? Mike Brown: I wanna put together a team that will help us relocate to Miami. Marvin Lewis: What do ya mean? Some of these guys are furniture movers? What are ya saying? You want us to lose? Mike Brown: No. We've been losing. What I want is for us to finish dead last. Board Member 1: I've never heard of half of these guys and the ones I do know are way past their prime. Marvin Lewis: Most of these guys never had a prime. Board Member 2: This guy here is dead. Mike Brown: Cross him off then. Mike Brown: Any ideas? Marvin Lewis: On how we can get worse? How about a series of fines for good play? Maybe a thirty-thousand dollar bonus for the guy voted least valuable player? That is classic!
February 17, 200917 yr Bengals tag Graham but someone like the Pats are able to let a guy like Vinateri walk...
February 17, 200917 yr Can you blame him? He's like Chad, TJ, Dillon, etc. -- tired of the losing! Theres plenty of other big fish in the ocean!
February 17, 200917 yr The guy costs us the playoffs a couple years back out in Denver but Mikey Boy wants to tag him. Now Shane can take that 2.5 Milly and go buy 3 or 4 more exotic cars and make em look silly by placing a VT sticker in the rear window. LOL I hope the best for the Bengals, I truly do but I am done with them. This past fall was so relaxing and I got so much done on the weekends. I look forward to the same this season.
February 17, 200917 yr Not a surprise. John Clayton on ESPN said last week a few teams will be franchising kickers.
February 17, 200917 yr Not a surprise. John Clayton on ESPN said last week a few teams will be franchising kickers. And those teams also deserve to lose all their games for making such a stupid move. Why in the Sam Hill would you put a tag on a freakin' kicker? That's as dumb as drafting an RB in the first round.
February 17, 200917 yr Decent kickers are a dime a dozen. Instead, we pay $2.5 million for one. Even if he was the greatest kicker of all time, a team like Cincy doesn't need to pay that kind of money for a kicker. You don't pay a kicker big bucks unless you're on the verge of a Super Bowl and you want to assure that you don't lose a game because your kicker botches 3 FG's. Can't wait to see who they draft...
February 17, 200917 yr The guy costs us the playoffs a couple years back out in Denver but Mikey Boy wants to tag him. It wasn't him in the Denver game, that was the long snapper. He cost us the playoffs AT HOME against Pittsburgh with no wind. I saw him the very next Sunday at Belterra Casino...I think he was there to see Brian Adams. There's strikes 1 and 2 lol. Anyone remember when we got MR. Accurate:sssh: from the waiver wire? Seems like that would have been the better option this time around too.
February 17, 200917 yr I often found that the Bengals made my Sunday morning hangover worse. This news just reinforces why I am officially done with this organization, until the get sold from the Brown family. Everybody needs to stop buying tickets. Don't go to the home games. And don't watch them on TV either. I'm done.
February 17, 200917 yr And those teams also deserve to lose all their games for making such a stupid move. Why in the Sam Hill would you put a tag on a freakin' kicker? That's as dumb as drafting an RB in the first round. It worked out pretty well for the Patriots. Only reason I can think of for tagging the kicker is if you have no intentions of signing him after this year.
