With the Phelps thread and the testicular cancer thread this has been a bit of a debate, so I thought it deserved its own thread. Plain and simple should marijuana be legalized?

Also I don't really know how to make it a poll but that could be useful if a mod can do that.

No I dont think so. If it was then you would have many many folks walking around stoned all the time. LOL

 

I think the statistics of users would be startling and I think there are a ton of casual users who hold very important positions. It has to remain against the law.

I just don't see it, most casual users smoke at home, and then stay home. In your opinion is it different for these people who hold "important positions" to have a cocktail and then drive? I think it is hypocritical for alcohol to be legal but marijuana illegal.

I agree. I think marijuana could be treated very similar to alcohol. I think it should be legalized.

100% without a doubt it should be legalized.
