Holy cross play Newport tonight I think the winner of this game will have a big advantage going in to that All A.

Beechwood is overrated.

I believe Holy Cross has good chance, but it will good competition no matter wins. St. Henry is always pretty decent and so is NCC, but Holy Cross has already beaten NC in the regular season. But NC was missing their inside presence then with Giesler. And just to point something out Stickman, it isn't that Holy Cross struggles to score, it is just their style of play. I have seen a few of their games this year, and they are fully capable of scoring; they just tend to keep the score of the games lower with their Princeton style offense.

Other than 1990 (Walton Verona) only 3 schools have won this: St. Henry (6), Holy Cross (4), and NCC (8).

 

It would be nice to see a new name on the board.

This could be the year though, Newport has a good draw.

It should be a great tournament, any of those teams could win it. It's not who's the best, it's who's playing the best that week that counts.

If Holy Cross can beat St. Henry in the first round I think they will go to the finals against Beechwood, which would be a great game.
