Yes. I do root against Northern Kentucky teams... Because they don't realize that they are the 2nd best Football area in the state behind Louisville... :sssh::cool:

Nice try.

I know the shenanigans that you're up to Cameraman.;)

Yup! :D

"Yup", you agree? Or "Yup", he needs therapy...?

I'm not sure. Not really, I don't think. I am surprised that I don't hate Highlands very much any more

Some things you just grow out of & realize that there are far more important things in life.

Sadly enough, some people don't ever grow out of it.

Personally, I find it sad when people actually go out of their way to root against somebody. I don't like Louisville, but I don't root against their team simply to spite the Louisville fans that I know (and those who post on here). I am not saddened when these teams lose, and I will occassionally cheer for the team they're playing. But even then, there is a big difference to me between college & high school sports (and athletes). I do not root against any high schools and especially don't root against any high school kids.

I try to focus on the much more positive aspects of sports. Admittedly, it doesn't always work, but I do try.

I can see this from an adult MAYBE when you're talking college. However, I just can't understand how an adult roots AGAINST high school kids simply because of obnoxious fans.

Good point. However, it is patently obvious that some members have agendas to push, and they do so at the expense of other schools and their high school players. That gets frustrating for some of us that consider themselves to be fair-minded.

SO SAD but SO TRUE!!!

Not because of any of the posters, though some may help remind me why I don't like that particular school or area.

I love it when they hate us!

Thats where I'm at on this one.

Being fair minded includes knowing that those type of people exist.

To take out your frustration at the expense of high school kids is more immature than pushing an agenda.

It's that whole "well he started it" argument.

Not aimed at you mcpapa; I'm speaking generally here.
