December 6, 200817 yr Kentucky just isn't playing any defense. Miami has way too many uncontested looks. They have no fluidity on offense. Apparently this is the 1st time the Cats have ever seen a zone.
December 6, 200817 yr I am heading back to my office Christmas party, but I am shocked at the Cats play in this one. Two observations - Miami (FL) hit everything they shot and UK has no answer for a zone defense. Good luck Cats in the 2nd half. Luckily, I'll be too "out of it" to worry about this one :thumb: Go Cats!
December 6, 200817 yr ^ Miami is good. This was going to be a stiff challenge for the Cats, one that IMO before the game, they were not ready for.
December 6, 200817 yr So when Kentucky plays teams that belong in Division 2 or 3, they are the best team in the country. When they play teams that are halfway decent, they aren't even a top 100 team. Very, VERY fortunate the SEC is down right now.

December 6, 200817 yr The good news is Michael Porter just fouled out.:sleep::sleep: They all need to foul out then...
December 6, 200817 yr Patterson is showing things that we havent seen since he's been at UK. He is frustrated and its showing in his effort
December 6, 200817 yr I'd like to see a little more Harrelson in this one. He made a few plays in the first half and he takes a little pressure off Patterson.

December 6, 200817 yr Just a little fun fact, James Dews for Miami the kid that had like 4 or 5 3pointers first half has tourettes.
