Breathitt Co. and Harlan Co. will have a rematch next Friday night in Jackson.

Frankfort vs Gallatin and Beechwood vs Ludlow are both rematches. At least we weren't playing a team in the first round that we had played three weeks ago.

Somerset and Harlan Co. were dangerously close to playing each other the last week of the regular season, and the first round of the playoffs, that would have been interesting.

Henry Clay comes to Florence to battle Boone Co. again this week they just made the trip 3 weeks ago.

Raceland plays Fairview again this Friday. And more than likely will play lca again the next Friday.

If Boyle County and Lexington Catholic win this Friday, they meet the following Friday. If it happens, I can't wait for the rematch. Boyle won the first game in Lexington.

NCC won 52-21 in the first contest.

It was seeded to avoid these, but if the underdog wins they deserve their shot.

Depends on the score of the first game. If the Win is by a sizable margin I would say it will be again.

 

If it was close I would give the loosing team a very good shot possibly make them the favorite. Teams that win sometime become happy, loosing teams when close step up the work effort and get better.
