Of course you have to take into consideration the offense each one faces.

Bell County's ppg average is the lowest since 1970 (Butler). Simply amazing.

I want to stress that the coaches at Raceland played their JV in almost 2 complete quarters of 6 games and they gave up 37 of the 130 points, leaving 93 points against the Varsity players. 58 of those points were scored in games against Russell (23) and LCA (35).

I'm sure that the same thing can be said for most of the teams on this list. When you are winning by big margins, like these teams do, your JV plays a lot of minutes. It is a good thing as most people would rather see those guys get their playing time, and give up some points, than see the starters play every down just to post shutouts.

I know Bell's starters have not even dressed in the 2nd half for at least 2 games.

I'm sure that the same thing can be said for most of the teams on this list. When you are winning by big margins, like these teams do, your JV plays a lot of minutes. It is a good thing as most people would rather see those guys get their playing time, and give up some points, than see the starters play every down just to post shutouts.
