I don't think so, the rear view mirror conceals the view of it so it couldn't be a reflection on the windshield.

November 12, 200817 yr Here is the original (unretouched, uncropped) picture as I received it. If you notice, the photographer's shadow appears on the pavement. That means there had to be some source of bright light behind him. This may be the source of the reflection we're seeing.

November 12, 200817 yr Question 1: What kind of fence was that driven through to cause that type of damage? Question 2: What type of truck is that? The body sits pretty low and the stock wheels look small for what appears like a newer model vehicle. Question 3: If it was wrecked into a fence, and the picture was taken immediately after the accident, how is it sitting perfectly between the lane markers?
November 12, 200817 yr My first thought was reflection and then you mention the rear view mirror being "in front" of the reflection, the detail, just unbelievable. Thanks for posting the pic and I would agree with what was said early on, this thread has to go down as a classic on BGP. :thumb:

The full moon will occur tonight, so it wasn't full at the time of the accident.
November 12, 200817 yr I am not sure what it is...but I guarentee you one thing...had I been the young man in the wreck, taking the photo and seeing that, I would have FREAKED OUT! I guess that there's a good chance that it is some sort of reflection/light play, but it sure looks like a face. Does anyone else feel like that those of us participating are part of a significant event? Or has my school day just been too long? :lol:
