I did not read all the posts, but, I will say this...it is creepy! Now, it could be that the light is reflecting on the tree and is causing a reflextion....or.....ready for this?!

 

A guy, oh lets say, 100 years ago, died hitting a deer. Now, for revenge, he pushes deer out in the road on the same day, time, month, etc, when he died. He does this to mark the anniversary of his death. For revenge on the deer killing him, he saves the driver of the car that he pushes the deer in front of. So, he shows up in the car to let the deer know that he can't do this to him anymore....and, he has a great dinner to boot!!!

Where is Hank's bridge?

You mean you never herd of the legend of Hank's Bridge while you were in high school? It's the bridge before you get to Salt River Cemetery.

 

The story goes that a confederate soldier hung himself on the bridge right after the big battle in Perryville. Supposedly today if you stop on the bridge at night and turn off your car and get out, that you can hear Hank. Now I never believed this, but I was always too scared to try it. I did drive over the bridge at night one time, but I think it was like at 55 mph.

 

Ok I've got a spooky story for everyone..........

 

3 years ago I went to Point Pleasant West Virginia for work. While I was up there I learned of the story "Moth Man". At the time I have never herd of that before. I was told to watch the movie by Richard Geer "The Mothman Prophecies" based on a true stroy.

 

The week I returned home, I was getting ready for bed and changed the channel late one night and on free HBO week the movie came on. So I stayed up and watched it. While watching the movie towards the end, at a scary point the "mothman" (Demon) called Richard Geer in his hotel room. At the same time in the movie, around 2:00 in the morning my phone also ranged! Caller ID said "Unknown"

And just like in the movie no one was on the other end of the line. My first thought was....this creature followed me back home!!!!!! Needless to say I never went to bed that night. I was like 41 years old and scared like a big baby.

 

Just talking about this tonight is getting to me, I just might need to stay up tonight too. Below is a link to the "The Legend of the Mothman" This stuff usualy does not get to me, but since I was there and seen all these places it got me.

Yes I did see the statue and it was very scary looking. The next month that I went to Point Peasant, I researched about this mothman and went to all the places that this thing was seen at. I even drove across the bridge to Ohio that collasped and killed a lot of people that this thing got blamed for doing.
