No, I'm not upset, but it sounds like somebody else may be. If the Warriors are healthy the mighty Panthers may be in trouble. Ludlow hasn't seen the kind of speed that Eminence will bring. Berry is one of the best players in the state. If I'm not mistaken Ludlow had trouble with Brossart, right?

 

Wrong. Ludlow has seen plenty of speed in the teams they have played this season. As I've posted, it should be a close game and I'll be pulling for my beloved Panthers, as I do every week.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but you can get in trouble comparing scores. Teams may not get up as they should for certain teams, or just have an off night.

Comparing GAMES is useful, but most people only compare SCORES. There's a difference.

I'll be pulling for Ludlow in this one because they are from NKY. With that being said this should be another good game. I think Ludlow will win 28-21. Good Luck Panthers!

So lets see here yes Eminence won 4 more games than Ludlow. But lets look at who they was against. North Hardin Christian, Evengal Christian, Brossart. Those are three wins that are definitely nothing to brag about.KCD and Beth Haven another two wins that really can't say to much about. All those games Ludlow would have won as well. The only win you can say that was a decent win was the Gallatin Co. win. Now lets look at Ludlow, I admit their wins really aren't that impressive either. However if you take Carroll Co. Dayton and even Pendelton Co. And I bet all those teams beat the teams that Eminence has beat. Now if we look at the losses both team lost to a really good Henry Co. team. Both teams lost to their #1 seeds in Beechwood and Frankfort, but we will see that Beechwood is better. Then for the rest of the losses for Ludlow came against big schools. So Ludlow has also seen A LOT of better teams to end the year. So Eminence actually will be a big step down from the teams Ludlow has been playing.

 

I just wanted to bring all this up, because you talk like Eminence has shown that they are a good team and definitely better than Ludlow. But my point is that they really haven't done nothing to prove that. Your whole Brossart thing, that Ludlow didn't beat them by as much. Really don't prove much. Did you know that Ludlow fumbled twice in that game inside the 5 while going in for TD's? So yeah if that don't happen, then the score is like it should have been. So really no reason for you to get all defensive about people picking the NKY team to win, because at worst these teams are even. Because even though they have the better record, they really haven't shown it against anyone.

Wrong. Ludlow didn't have trouble with Brossart. They won the game 27-6 and it should have been worse. Ludlow didn't play well, but that wasn't because of anything Brossart did.

I think Ludlow is battle tested playing in the NKy 1A district, and being in close tough games against Dayton and Bellevue. I think the game will be close in the 3rd quater and Ludlow will pull away at the end with their close game experience.
