We can discuss this all day but the bottom line is, the only way Penn St isnt in the championship is Alabama and Texas BOTH win out. I dont believe either one will win out. I believe the Florida/Georgia winner this week will beat Alabama in the SEC championship and then go on to beat Penn St in the BCS. I like Florida to win it all!!

I have to say that I do see the possibility of this happening, since it has been done to JoePa/PSU before, I dont believe that they, the BCS would slite him again. I see Alabama losing but definitely not Texas, it is always possible that Florida could get in with a loss same goes for Bama but with the way Penn State has played I dont believe that any one loss team should be in the BCS game. I see it being Texas and PennState in the Championship Game, If both win out the season.:thumb:

Not only could it happen IMO it should. Penn State has beat no one of any significance, sorry O$U fans, but the Buckeyes have proven they can't compete against the big dogs. If Florida or Oklahoma, or Georgia for that matter go ahead and win out they most certainly deserve to play for the title over any team from the Big Ten.

 

I just hope Bama and Texas win out so we have no doubt about who belongs.

Possibly. I think if Texas gets beat in one it's final games, but then wins their Conference Tournament, then they could do it.

 

It's only a conference championship. So I doubt it.

No, and why should they? If Penn State goes 12-0, but a team like Texas loses a game before the conference tournament, but then wins the Big 12 they still shouldn't IMO. Penn State is good I would love for people to realize that..

No, then Penn St sucks it up in the title game and embarrasses the Big 10 again.

Look at Penn States non conference games, and here it is still October and the rest of the year they play teams that are not even ranked.
