I see. I wasn't sure what a communist flag was...it's actually a former USSR flag, but the connection is made.

 

I am sure that we are all smart enough to know that one person carrying a flag does not speak for the whole group. In addition...how do we know he is an Obama supporter?

I am not sure of the disdain. I asked a question. Why are you choosing not to answer it, but say that you have an answer to it.

 

When Bush won the first time I was hopeful. I did vote for Gore and liked Gore, but I was hopeful. When Bush won the second time, I was again hopefully, but less convinced.

Perhaps, since the anticipated riots (anticipated by ten BGP members, anyway) did not occur, we can put this thread to bed. You know, like those prediction threads in the Football forum that are closed once the game starts.

 

I must admit to have voted "either way there will not be riots". I guess it was just that naive faith in my fellow man coming out. :thumb:
