I, too, have noticed that the fans seem to "bask" (for lack of a better word) in the "curse" that has made them lose for 100 years. Why else would you "celebrate" the 100th anniversary? Give me a break.Heck, half the time I brought up Dusty and Corey it was because, in the eyes of some posters here, I was a disgruntled Cubs fan. Never mind that I was right, and by the end of the season every Reds fan on here was sick and tired of seeing Patterson in the lineup. Maybe I was just ahead of the curve. Bottom line ... I don't chide anybody on here for being Reds fans, and I certainly wasn't doing it in those threads. Unfortunately, that same respect doesn't always seem to apply the other way here.
