The margin suprises me but the Tomcats winning doesn't. I thought it would be a close game that maybe could go either way. I picked Ashland by 2 or 3pts. I believe. Ashland has a good football team.

Nice win for the Tomcats. I'm sure the kids played with heavy hearts after losing one of their own football family members this week. Staying focused in times like this shows a lot of character on their part.

Absolutely, I am glad to see the Tomcat players staying strong and listening to a good coaching staff and not all the negative stuff. Ashland imo will have good year.

Wow, I was way off in my prediction for this game. I only had Ashland winning by a small margin. Was ashland that good tonight or is Pikeville just that bad?

Congratulations to Ashland on the win. Perhaps the 1958 team inspired this years Tomcat squad. Was Pikeville that bad, or did Ashland improve that much from last week? Did Coach Hart heed my advice, and get the ball to the Bonner boy more this week? This is the way Ashland should handle all 1 A schools.

I listened to the whole game, good win for the Tomcats. I was sure wrong, they rebounded well. And I couldn't be prouder for Rose Hill transfer freshman Ryan Whetsel not only getting on the field for the Tomcats, but doing very well from all accounts. I'm sure his daddy has a grin like the joker that may last a week.
