^ She did now...the swimmer from China was DQ'd.

Are you serious? How did I miss that?

She twitched on the start. Once the starter says, "swimmers take your mark" you cannot move a muscle, much like in football before the snap. She moved just a tiny bit and got DQ'ed.

Well, I really hate that for the Chinese :thumb:

Yeah, me too! It really was a stupid mistake on her part. Stupid and quite costly.

Chinese/Japanese guy slipped on the rings and about broke his neck...Pretty vicious.

Pretty ugly stuff in gymnastics tonight...

That fall by the Japanese guy of the rings was rather scary looking, kinda suprised he wasn't injured a little bit more.

As for our male swimmers, looked pretty good as usual. I feel like our women aren't quite living up to how they are suppose too.

And lastly, it's a shame that Horton couldn't have the type of night he did during the team final. If he did, I believe he would have a medal tonight because everyone else is struggling...except for the stud Chinese.

Oh yeah...anything involving flips and turns the Chinese seem to dominate. They have all the diving and gymnastic medals so far.

Official stats for the Chinese team, pictured clockwise from left: Linlin Deng (4'6", 68 lbs, age 16); Shanshan Li (4'9", 79 lbs, age 16); Fei Cheng (5'0", 95 lbs, age 20); Yilin Yang (4'11", 77 lbs, ...

I bet all the boys will be fighting over who gets to take these girls to the high school prom this year. I mean 4'6" 68 lbs. Thats every guys dream.

My daughter just turned 4 back in July. She's already 41 lbs. and has completed two semester with the Tumble Bears class. Chinese officials are calling already to see if we would consider moving to Beijing to train for the 2012 games.

Those might be the stats that they have documented...but not official in my mind, that's for sure, lol.

And not being critical, but a girl under 70 pounds is a guys dream?

Yea, less than 70 lbs. and a size 0A bra. I think you missed the intended sarcasm.

So the guy who landed on his head has a chance at a medal?
