My wife tells this story after being in the hospital with our oldest stepson in the nusery. A family came to visit their child and my wife asked his name they told her Gooye. After they left she looked at the crib and the name said Guy.

I know a man actually named "Guy".

I know a guy whose actual legal name is Little Joe. I won't list his last name on the board, but his first name is Little and his middle name is Joe.

I've told this one before on BGP. When my first son was born, there was a newborn girl in the nursery whose name was Mary Juana.

This is unblievable, Comedian Ron White is right......"you just can't fix.....Stupid". I also agree with Bluto's analogy of these parents.

One of my favorite jokes: When the wife unexpectantly gave birth to twins while the husband was away on business, she was forced to ask her none to bright brother in law to assist her in getting to hospital and with the details afterward. Unfortunately, there were complications, the wife was comotose for a day and the twins were fighting for their life. Fearing the worst, the hospital workers requested that the uncle name the twins. He complied as best he could.

 

When the wife awoke and was informed of what had transpired, she, expecting the worst, asked her brother in law what he had named the twins.

 

Well, he said, "I named the little girl, Denise." The mother sighed her relief. "Good job" she said, "and what of the little boy."

PH and I worked with a young women named Candy Cane. I went to school with a girl named Anita and I will not say what her last name was. It is horrible what some people do to their children.

I also know someone named Guy, but they don't pronounce it Gooye.

I honestly have a young cousin thats name is Tequilla.

I know a man named Guy as well...and it's promised just like that. No special accent or anything, lol.

Guy has been around for a while, just like the name Buddy. They have both came to take on different meanings in the last few decades.
