July 17, 200818 yr I enjoy living in Lexington, but to each his own. I have friends and stuff to do that I enjoy. And if your a UK fan it makes it that much better.
July 17, 200818 yr I'd rather live in Lexington than in Paducah, but that is just my opinion. Lexington isn't the best city in the world by any means, but it's decent.

July 17, 200818 yr I likely think that I will never live in Lexington, and would never decide to, unless it was for big big money. That said, a lot of my friends that went to UK, would love to go back, but never seem to, which is odd. A couple of things that drive me completely nuts, is the traffic, and the lack of true diversity among the residents. I would look at Louisville before Lexington.

Of course I feel the same way about Louisville that you feel about Lexington, only it's because the city is way too dirty for my liking. :thumb::thumb: Agreed on Louisvile, I cannot stand the place, is a dirty city and whoever designed their roadways/streets should be the poster child for..."this is your brain on drugs". JMO As for living in Lexington I don't know, I do not live there and not sure that I would want to. I do like Lexington a lot though and I have a cousin that has lived in Lexington for years and he loves it.

I think it has more history surrounding it than Lexington does and I love the old houses. I love the river and all the activities they have built around the river. I love all the different places to eat. I cannot say that I like their college sports better than Lexington - I'm not ready to go there yet:D I'm hoping that if we both have time this fall...I'd like to attend a Trinity football game with RockMom. I love my Rebels but I won't be there this year to enjoy them so I need another team to root for!!!:thumb:

I was talking about the city itself. Although I like the city of Lexington a lot better that Louisville I would not want to live "in the city" of Lexington either. There are some very nice areas just outside the city of Lexington.

MrRk has told me that there are places that I don't need to go but then there are those places in about every city. I know that there is a few places here where I live that leaves a lot to be desired. How are you and Mr OR doing?

Pretty good considering I guess and thanks for asking :thumb:, she is back to work but still has a ways to go as far as being 100%. As for the city living, I think that I will just stay here in Booger Bottom :lol:.

There "ain't" nothing wrong with living in Booger Bottom - wouldn't mind living there myself sometimes:thumb:
