I'm fairly certain that the team wore the Harlan Green, so that was confusing me. What are NH's colors?

 

New Harlan's colors are navy blue and red. White helmets with the new england patriot logo on them, navy blue jerseys and red pants.

Bell can be beat but I don"t agree that KC will be the one but then KC may surprise me and do the unexpected. I don't know which team will be the upset but that is what makes football fun to watch. Sometimes the unexpected happens.

Thr ROCK will make new adjustments this year and I believe that the team will come together and play smash mouth football that they are known for but I don't understand what Coach Parkey's football position have to do with what kind of coaching he will do????

Bell county's first game I think will be a shocker. Garrard is a experienced team, and if Bell isn't prepared or over looks Garrard the game may turn out differently then expected.

I think the question was about district teams but I don't see them looking over Garrard or anybody else for that matter.

IF Bell gets beat, it will NOT be because of inattention or overlooking someone.

Their first game will be no shocker and the coaches or team will not Garrard for granted but reality is, Bell by a running clock in the 3rd quarter.

So Bell Co.'s middle school program doesn't account for anything to do with Bell Co. High Schools success?

So the kids hadn't played football until they make it to High School? Or do you mean they didn't have a consolidated football team?

Just remember this was your pick come Nov. I think 2 through 5 has the potential to go in many diferent directions. This district is getting tougher year after year and the only thing I think in a sure bet is that Bell Co. will have the dominant team in the distict and 2 through 5 is up for grabs! IMHO!

They did not play football.

 

I would think you would be surprised to see how many of the Bell kids on the HS team now that did not play in middle school. (I don't know myself but in years past the number was pretty high) Middle school or little league for the matter is not all it is cracked up to be.

I guess that is just a sign of good coaching, I can't imagine taking 8th and

9th graders and teaching them basic football and them playing quality football, I'm not saying it can't be done but man that has to be a lot of work. I was under the assumption that before Bell had a middleschool team that they played at their individual schools. That's the way it was in Harlan Co. Then the number fell around the middleschools and they had to consolidate to one team.
