Gas prices in your city...How much???

Featured Replies

Thanks JA. :irked:

If you go to UDF and use their loyalty card, the green one, they will roll back the lowest price of the day until midnight of the day of the hike. You just have to register the card.

For instance, I paid $2.68 tonight with the sale price showing $2.95. At 12:01AM tonight it’s $2.95 for all, minus the 3 cent discount they always give with the card.

  • I never pay attention to gas prices as it doesn't impact my life in any way. Meaning, I'm going to drive to and from my job, gym, etc. But I did read last week that prices should start to ease their w

As always, thanks for info JA. I only use "top tier" stations. (I'm able to use my Kroger card at Shell stations for discounted gasoline)

Went from 2.54 on Tuesday to 2.74 today in Paducah

Gas has been 2.89 since the hike happened, hasnt changed.

Anything below $3 is a discount. OPEC, big oil and the speculators want to run oil up to $80. Which would be around $3.50 gas. Shale production and the fear of global recessions keeps a lid on them for now.

$2.49

Crude Oil

Once again oil is down but the price at the pump goes up. This again shows the price of oil has little to do what the price at the pump is.

Gas Buckeye Lake 2.95

2.71 at Wilder (KY UDF and Speedway.

Three miles up the hill on US27 in Alexandria 2.82

Was doing the 127 yard sale the past two days. I noticed when I left work on Thursday, that gas in Dry Ridge was $2.95. It was a little lower in Crittenden ($2.89), so I got it there yesterday morning. Owenton looked to be about the same.

However, when we made it up to the Speedway between Union and Florence, I was shocked to see it at $2.62. Thought maybe there had been a price drop during the day. But when I got back to the Crittenden exit, it was still the same. Same thing for today (although I did see the Speedway in Dry Ridge was advertising $2.91). So, I'm done "buying local". I'll go in the HOP Shops (Harper Oil) and Grant County Oil stores for drinks/snacks if that's all I need...but, I'm through being a loyal customer gas-wise. 30-cents a gallon difference is ridiculous.
