I think the price decrease is there. Northern Kentucky prices are the same as Cincinnati prices now from what I have seen. You have to look at prices in the region and compare them, not just the price you are paying at the pump.

Yesterday in Heath 2.53 today 2.89. Have not checked the price of oil today
