June 14, 200818 yr Did some checking, but it seems like Liggins is good to go. From what I understand, since Liggins is considered to have a learning disability, the NCAA does all the numbers crunching and then sends info to UK. This is as opposed to UK crunching numbers then sending it to the NCAA to be rubberstamped. So he may very well already be good to go and been stamped through Clearinghouse.
June 14, 200818 yr Actually, Liggins took the SAT on June 5th I believe. I know it was sometime last week and he was also scheduled to take the ACT today.
