Joe Demling, father of Courier-Journal Recruiting columnist Jody Demling, is battling and illness. As I read Jody's blog today, (courier-journal.com / sports/recruiting), he asked for thoughts and prayers (which you can never have enough of). Since he writes so many nice things about the athletes around our state, I feel it's the least we, as BGP faithful, can do for him. He certainly has my thoughts and prayers!
