May 29, 200818 yr Belisle sent down and Mercker activated ... Fogg now in the rotation. I would rather have a career A ball pitcher in the rotation, Fogg is no better than Belisle. Oh well, at least the Reds have good chances to win 3 out of 5 games with the other starters.

May 29, 200818 yr Fogg is going to get another chance. If he doesn't pan out, Homer will be up. I like the thought of giving Fogg a couple more starts to see if he can get his act together. I'd imagine he'll be on a tight leash, though.

It could make his attitude better, or if he gets knocked around a little maybe he will listen.
May 29, 200818 yr Is it for sure that Merker was called up? If he is on rehab he can stay there for 30 days. The Reds now have a 24 man and a 39 man set of rosters. I think a non roster player maybe coming or a trade is in the works.
