I hate these west coast trips. I can't remember the last time the Reds had a successful trip out West.

Dodger Stadium in particular has been a Haunted House for the Reds. If the Reds tank on this trip and destroy the progress made on their homestand it could be a season ender.

The way the Cubs are playing it's going to be tough even if they have a successful road trip, but I think calling it a season ender if they tank this trip is a little extreme.

If they win less than 3 games on this trip they will not come within 4 games of first place the rest of the season--mark it down.

It's been marked, but I hardly qualify that as a season ender.

Meanwhile in Lousiville, Jay Bruce collected two more hits and and RBI tonight as he raised his average to .366 with 37 RBI's.

Good outing for Belisle. I'll take that everytime out.

Exactly what are the Reds waiting for?

I would think that if a team can't get within 4 games of the lead in its division, unless that division produces the wild card then their season is over.

So if a team is within 5 games with three months to play then their season is over?

Score and highlights someone ??? I am on strike after last night's give-a-way and recent west coast failures.

What kind of strike is that?
