When gas prices dropped during Nov. of 2006, I told you it wouldn't last if the rep.s couldn't win congress. They didn't and now the Bush guy is going to stick it to you as much as he can before he leaves. BTW if the reps had won Congress that year, he'd have stuck it to you as well. It was a break to win some voters, but it didn't work so well.

February 19, 200818 yr I noticed this last night as well. The worst part was I decided I was going to just put in like $10.00 and hope it dropped in a day or two, well then came along some hot brunette at the pump right next to mine. Before I knew it the pump was shutting off automatically and I'd just pumped 30 some odd dollars of expensive gas into may car. So now I drive like a race car driver everywhere I go pretending as though my expensive regular unleaded gas is actually formula 1 racing fuel.:devil:

February 19, 200818 yr What kills me is the refinery is on fire yesterday so all the Gas Station gaugers are out raising their prices in the same day on gas they already paid for at cheaper prices. This is highway robbery. Its fine if the price per barrell goes up in the next few days and any new shipments that are delivered increase the price but to raise them on the same day is criminal. Its all criminal IMO. Democracy at its best baby.

February 20, 200818 yr OPEC continues it's cold war against the US and are putting up a strong fight. I just read today they are getting ready to cut back supply in the coming months. Demand is down, price is up.... they will do everything possible to keep oil over $85 dollars, you can count on that. Amazing a speculator making several million a year is allowed to punish millions of people.
