Mason Co vs Elliott Co Prediction 2/16

Featured Replies

I don't think Elliott is getting there due here in this thread as there a good ball club,I know theres a lot of hostility out of the 16th at Elliott for putting up some big fat win totals up there. With that said i Believe mason wins by around 10-12,As i believe size will be a hugh difference here and depth.Good luck to Both teams and go Royals. How will EC JV fair i haven't seen them play once this year is why ask,Mason has a great JV team that has only 1 loss on the year.

JV game will get ugly. Elliott doesn't have enough young players where the coach can have the confindence to take the starters out of the varsity games with a 30 point lead.

I can't think of a single factor that favors Elliott against Mason. Mason has the edge in shooting (slight maybe) rebounding, coaching, home court, big game experience, quickness, and bench among others. Why would Elliott win this game?

Elliott shoots the ball as well as any team in the state, and when you said "quickness" that was a dead give a way you have never seen them play. They ARE quicker than Mason Co. There only disadvantages are it's at the fieldhouse and Mason has a kid named DARIUS MILLER.

Thank you, thats what I thought ! Trust me , they will cause som turnovers, and a lot of them won't be off the press ! I also thought their JV looked pretty good ! Both games will be interesting to watch !

Well Covington Catholic beat Elliott County by 14... It's being played at Mason Co. And Mason has played far better teams this year so i'm sure they are better prepared then Elliott. So i'm gonna have to go with Mason County by atleast 20+.

As much as I'd love to see Elliot win this one, I'll pick Mason by 8.

I will take Elliott by 8. I just have this feeling that the Lion's will surprise some people in this game.

I saw Elliott play twice in the 5/3 and they don't seem to be in Mason's league in quickness. Elliott does have one edge and that is their teamwork. They are very familiar with each other but not enough to overcome Mason's edge in athleticism. The Mason bench will destroy Elliott if fouls become an issue. I have no love for Mason but do respect their program. This is Elliott's cinderella year, but if they beat Mason at the Fieldhouse it would rank as a major upset. Good luck.

Elliot County 58

Mason County 72

Mason Co. 80

Elliott Co 64:jump:

If the weather report I just saw is correct. I predict that this one might get postponed along with several other games.

I just saw the report as well and it did not look good.

Well I will just to see the 32 point win. By either team ! ! !:lol:

If the weather's not bad, count me in. I'll make the drive to watch this one.
