Mason Co vs Elliott Co Prediction 2/16

Featured Replies

I'm not sure about the rules. Mason County has hosted games in the past when school was out here - maybe up to the traveling team?

If it is safe to travel, Coach May's will have his team there.

I was pointing out that you were being called out for predicting a 25-point win, yet there were a whole bunch of other folks predicting a big Mason County win.

I'm on your side here...

You forgot to mention the statement"Won't even be a game." Also, Mason will win by 25 or so depends on when they put the subs in. That was the only reason for my post. Both of these statements could be true but I think any Mason Co. fan would have responded likewise if I had stated these same statements against Mason Co. No offense taken by me from any party but just wanted to clear that up. Also note that I'm not trying to raise a "stink", so I will politely bow out of this one.

I doubt Elliott's fan's will even come close to matching the number Mason will

have.

AMOS--You are probably right. If they brought everybody from Sandy Hook and Isonville (900 total) it would only fill up one-fifth of the gym. But you will be surprised at the number they bring. Probably close to 1,000.

Mrs. Hoops is being modest. 300 is close to a 1,000. Lets bracket it and say 700. Probably depends alot on the weather.

I don't know. Mason County will pack the fieldhouse for a marquee regional tournamant game, but may not bring 1,000 on a Tuesday night.

It won't only be Mason Co. and Elliott Co. fans there for this one. Every basketball loving fan in the area will be there. If the roads are in good shape the fieldhouse will be full.

Yes, they do, and we LOVE our Lions. Cinderellas sometimes turn into a prince in this case.

I must have missed this part of the story.

I hope EC comes out of Mason Co. with a win and everybody healthy.

It was a "B" version, most missed it.

Wasn't the name "Cinderfella"?

Just saw on the news where Mason Co schools were closed tomorrow....any word on Elliott Co and what the conditions are there?

Let's just leave at that, before we both get called on the carpet.:laugh::laugh:

The bad weather is supposed to hit Elliott Co. after midnight tonight. I would say Elliott schools will be closed tomorrow. The roads are starting to get covered. The weather is giving sleet and snow all night. Ashland got hit hard with the snow, but Elliott hasn't been hit too bad yet. I would say that we will be lucky to get this game in tomorrow.

It's not doing much here, as of now.

Talked to my mother that lives in Morgan Co and they did have anything yet either.
