Why should Rockcastle respect Pulaski, not being disrespectful but what has Pulsaki ever done? Pulaski has one good season and now all of a sudden they are great and think of themselves as Rockcastle. I personally think no one in rockcaslte will give Pulaski much respect becasue they havent accomplished what Rockcastle has. I thnk they even won 1 game a few years back, no district titles or region titles. Sorry but I realy think Rockcastle fans will be upset if they lose to Pulaski because it is Pulaski and they are not known for football, but basketball.

As a fan you should expect us to win against Pulaski. I think it will be a huge dissapointment if Rockcastle loses this game. Any true fan knows Pulaski will have a good team, but they also know Rockcastle will be loaded and expected to win. A lot of people I have talked to feels that if Rockcastle should win at least 8 games.

I WANT us to beat Pulaski, and I think we CAN beat Pulaski, but Crazy_Horse, you just can't chalk up a win against a team that only lost to one team last season. BTW, we lost to that same team: Lincoln County.

I expect Rockcastle to beat Pulaski. I was born here and raised here, Pulaski got drilled by Lincoln, we could have won, a very close game. I do expect great things from this team. Tell me what has Pulaski ever done to get any respect from Rockcastle. One good team and now they are contenders, I doubt it.

The thing is, they're bringing that good team back this season. They were beaten badly by Lincoln once but only lost by 8 in the playoffs. They also beat Mercer Co, a team that beat the Rockets last season. I'm not a fan of Pulaski but I do hope that their players see some of these comments.

For those from the Pulaski County area, believe me when I say that the Rockcastle County Rockets football team respects every opponent that they play. I guarantee you that Coach Parkey, Coach Saylor, Coach Martin, and the rest of the coaching staff will not let the team members not have respect for someone.

All kids want to win whoever they are or where ever they are. I bet you the kids at PC think they want to win more. As an objective outside observer that has NO love for either team and after watching both last year I think it could be a good game and Rock might win but it is more than likely PC will win game one going away.

If you'd read my quote a little bit closer you would see that I'm not a Pulaski fan. I'm a Somerset fan, I think it is just more than a little bit disrespectful to say that one team will beat the other just because of who they are. Especially considering that Pulaski had what was probably the superior team last season and they return as much as Rockcastle.

I'm not sure if the nod would go to Pulaski or not. However, I think that the point is that Pulaski has earned more respect than what CrazyHorse wants to give them--I hope his opinion isn't shared by the rest of the Rocket's fans, coaches and players. Pulaski would have been very much up to giving Rockcastle a tussle last season and I suspect that this season will be no different.

I agree!!!!!! I am a ROCK supporter and a huge fan we realize that we have Pulaski to worry about and 9 other teams to consider. As it was said in a past post the ROCK's football team has always shown respect to other teams and rivals. So let's show more positive feedback and all this negative feedback that has been given. Rockcastles team will need all the support they can get with the amount of change they have had.

I have been out of the know for a month because of work and travel and was wondering how the team is looking for this year. Are players still lifting good and what about 40 times. Is spring ball soon, heck I dont even know if the girls are still playing or not. Can Rockcastleraider or three wishes let us know what is going on so far. Any news from Coach Larkey in Harlan or how he team is looking? Has Perkins decide to play?

As far as I know, Tanner will NOT play football next season.
