Andrew Hammond and Blake Roberts are the only people from Rockcastle that I have ever seen dunk. I know two guys that DIDN'T play basketball at Rockcastle that could dunk, but they never played because of grades. I have also been told that Corey Craig could dunk, but I never witnessed it.

There was one guy from the team that had Anthony Hughes on it and I cannot remember his name.

Yes he played in the early 90's he was a great dunker. They was one of the best teams in Western Ky. during his time.:thumb:

Went on to Georgia Tech on a full ride for High Jump and Long Jump. Set state records in track in feild for High Jump, Triple Jump and Long Jump his senior year of '99.

 

He was fun to watch. Saw him throw one down from the free throw line.:eek:

 

Also, Newport had a guy in the late 90's who was pretty good (can't remember his name).

Russ had the best dunk that I have ever seen in the Sweet 16 in my 20 yrs attending it. He drove the baseline and threw one down on a 6-7 guy.:thumb:
