Lonnell Dewalt from Warren Cent. Nice video put together on You Tube of the 04 season of this team and their dunks. I remember when he had a put back dunk in the Finals against Mason. I think he jumped over Jarrod Litzinger.

Anybody from Franklin-Simpson would say DeMarcus Doss. I think that was his name? Anyone remember this name?

Clarence Thompson from Fairview in mid '80's. During a practice he shattered a backboard.

Carroll Co.-Kevin Mumphrey,Marc Mumphrey, i seen a game with these guys back in 88 where they had 9 dunks in one game.....these guys were phenominal leapers.....

I thought Miller had one of the most awesome high school dunks I have seen. It was this year against Tates Creek. Just jumped almost over a TC player and dunked it. I believe there is a YouTube clip with that dunk online.

 

2nd best was Mason/Waren Central finals in 04. I think the Waren Central player was Dewalt (went to UK on football and then transferred).

 

I agree with an earlier poster, the Gardner kid from Henry Clay has had some awesome dunks. He can really jump. I think he may do track and football also.

Russ had the best dunk that I have ever seen in the Sweet 16 in my 20 yrs attending it. He drove the baseline and threw one down on a 6-7 guy.:thumb:

Alvin Sims finished his high school career at Paris with 118 dunks and then he went on to finish second in career dunks at Louisville ... just behind Pervis Ellison and in front of Dr. Dunkenstein himself, Darrell Griffith!

 

 

Others nice dunkers at Paris were Chez Marks, Clinton Sims, Juan Byars and Ken Edwards.
