January 8, 200818 yr No one would watch an LSU vs USC/Georgia game for the NC on Saturday... Having the NC on a Monday night is just horrible, stupid, absurd, ridiculous, insane. And I hate it.
January 8, 200818 yr I am glad to see the SEC well represented, imo they certainly deserve it. With the one exception of being an Ohio State football fan I am am SEC fan all the way. Not trying to be that big of an OSU "homer" type fan but here would be my final rankings...................... Hopefully some others wil post theirs :thumb: 1. LSU 2. Georgia 3. USC 4. Ohio State 5. West Virginia/Missou 7. Kansas 8. Va. Tech 9. Oklahoma 10. Texas 11. Tennessee 12. Florida 13. Auburn 14. Boston College 15. Cincinnati 16. Clemson 17. Illinois 18. Michigan 19. Hawaii 20. Kentucky
January 8, 200818 yr Who would have thought before the season that Cincy would be in and Louisville would be out? Crazy season! :thumb: I know:lol:, with 12 (I beleive) #1 and/or #2 teams getting beat this was a year that no one wanted to win. All the teams/fans whining and complaining about OSU had the chance that is their team would have taken care of business then OSU would not have been in the discussion. (ex: Hey USC, if you want in then do not lose to a Stanford at home ). There are others as well. That is JMO and I respect others as well.
January 8, 200818 yr I'd watch LSU-USC, not Georgia. I'd go on record as saying that Georgia is one of the top 2 teams in the country and would beat USC.

January 8, 200818 yr :thumb::thumb:Georgia would beat USC. It would be one heck of a game. I honestly think those two teams might be the best two in the country. They both play defense as well as LSU, but both their offenses are much more high powered. Of course all these teams put up huge numbers, but they also played much slower teams in their bowl games.

January 8, 200818 yr I can't believe WVU + Kansas aren't ahead of the Buckeyes. I'd put Okl ahead of them too. I also think BC is overrated. LSU/Geo would be a heck of a game so would USC in that mix. I thought UK probably wouldn't break the top 25 but feel like they desreve it. This might have been the best college football season since I've been alive! You may want to look at Kansas' schedule before making this statement.........it was one of the weakest in the country.
January 8, 200818 yr 5 teams from the SEC in the top 15! Amazing! SEC finishes 7-2 in the bowl games but could've just easily finished 8-1. The SEC has just proved once again that it was the most dominating conference in the nation again and will be for some time until a conference can upend them. Way to go SEC:thumb:
January 8, 200818 yr UF loses to an unranked Mich team, and only drops 3 spots.....classic. I like the SEC, but come on.
January 8, 200818 yr I'd go on record as saying that Georgia is one of the top 2 teams in the country and would beat USC. That doesn't mean I'd watch the game.
January 9, 200818 yr would have loved for the Kats to have cracked the top 25 but it gives the future Kats somthing to shoot for
