I really like Boones new gym.

Boone's new one is really cool. Villa Madonna is one of the most unique, no one has a gym like that. Heritage has to be the worst gym in the state, I know they are a small school, but they need to build something for those players. They don't even have a wood floor! Cov Cath is always fun because of the fans. Holmes is just huge. Ryle is a very nice mix of size and comfort. Silver Grove is in pretty bad shape.

I heard a rumor that Cov Cath may build a new gym on the grass area to the left of the school. Is there any truth to that?

Coach Listerman told me that in the next phase, that an auxiliary gym is going to be added on the back of the current gym.

Having a big gym does not make it nice. Atmosphere plays a big part of it.

The McCoy Athletic Center in Phelps Ky is very nice. it may be old, but can compare to any newer gym in the state.:lol:

True, so true. The gym in Sandy Hook is very small, but watch a game there and you'll feel like you're at a state of the art arean just because of the atmosphere.:banana:

Knott County Central gym has alot of personality.

The gym at Augusta is very unique and you feel like you are going back in time whenever you attend a game there.

Augusta....It is one of the few bandbox gyms left. Who has the oldest gym?

 

Worst would have to be Heritage.

Mason County is the best in NKY, hands down. In the Boone/Kenton/Campbell Co. area, I would go with Ryle on a packed night. Villa Madonna is amazing as far as small school setting. For worst, I would nominate Heritage. If you have been there, there is no argument.

 

Villa's gym is pretty sweet.

Brossart vs. Campbell at the Middle school is a great atmosphere. All you see is a sea of green and white on one side and a sea of purple and gold on the other. But i'd have to say that Masnon County's Feildhouse is still the place to go.

Mason Co Gym's hands down.
