Yeah, he admits it but it's still pretty pathetic if you ask me. I don't understand why San Fran is doing this. Why not make the assistant coach the interim HC and try to keep some consistency with your program (assuming that the HC is coming back)? So, you'll get on SportsCenter once when they show his first game on the sidelines and once when he gets #800. That should really boost your recruiting.

He said he had offers to coach this season...which means he didn't want to do all of the work but if he can step in for 2 months and not have to do anything then he'll take the wins (what few wins he will get). :irked:
