I disagree........Both teams are coming off losses..plus this is a rival playing another rival! This game has BCS hopes all over it! College Gameday will be there..I think...they should anyway.

 

That's a game that Gameday should go to every year, just like a few other choice rivalries -- OU-Texas, FlaSt-Miami, Auburn-Alabama ... and I would like to see Gameday also go every year to the Army-Navy game.

Boeckman was playing well until he threw the first INT. It seemed that he lost focus after that and Illinois changed their defensive scheme. The thing that stood out to me was that Illinois matched OSU in their physical play.

OSU also is in dire need of someone to return kicks. Very poor showing by the Bucks in that dept.

I agree Small stinks at returning kicks. Maybe Saine should be fulltime kick and punt returner.

Congrats to Illinois. They flat outplayed tOSU today.

 

 

The Leman kid from Ill. is amazing.

 

Bucks need to regroup and beat Meat-Chicken and earn a trip to the Rose Bowl.

 

It's Meat-Chicken Week and in the grand scheme of things, Beating Blue is what its all really about anyway.

I wonder if ESPN is scrambling to find another locale for GameDay next week. The game in Ann Arbor just doesn't have as much luster now.

 

Those outside of Ohio or Michigan just don't understand how big this rivalry really is. Not to mention it is once again the Big Ten Championship Game.

 

I know some won't like it, but tOSU does still have an outside shot at the title game. Lot's of things have to happen and the planets would have to align themselves just right, but stranger things have happened.

 

But, most important now for those who bleed scarlet is to Beat Blue.

Nope. I'm pretty indifferent toward Ohio St. Heck, one of my best college buddies is the film coordinator there.

 

I just didn't want to see a team in the NC game that clearly didn't pass the eyeball test.

Each and every college football fan worth their salt knows exactly how heated a rivalry it is. Unless you're suggesting the Big 10 has backslid so far as to make the Ohio St.-Michigan game little more than an isolated regional tussle, no bigger than Georgetown-Cumberland, that it has completely disappeared from the radar.
