That ranks right up there with former players saying that no one who played football is qualified to comment on it. I've watched football for most of my 37 years, and I understand completely how big a rivalry Ohio St.-Michigan is, and then some.

It's about our way of life vs. their way of life. I am not denying that you understand its a big game, but untill you have been to either AnnArbor or Columbus that weekend you just can not comprehend how important this is. This rivalry cost John Cooper his job. Earle Bruce goes 9-3 year after year and is a hero because he beat UofM on a regular basis. Cooper loses one or two games a year (Meat-Chicken) and is a hero in Ann Arbor Annual goals for Ohio State Football 1. Beat Michigan 2. Win Big Ten and go to Rose Bowl 3. Go undefeated & Win Natl Championship
