November 11, 200718 yr RP is one of my closest friends, but that has nothing to do with my thoughts on Brohm. Those were developed while watching him throw for 7 years now. The fact that he can make every throw in the book is the main reason he's such a highly regarded prospect...

Your aruging over a guys arm strength and if you watch them both throw it downfield you will see. However, as I said unless he can become as smart as Brohm on the field it doesn't matter. Kyler Boller has a cannon and he is watching the same game we are presently watching.

I've watched them both over and over this season. He's a solid QB, but his arm is far from a rocket. I've yet to see impressive throws on deep outs or curls which are the real indicator of arm strength in my book...

November 12, 200718 yr Sad to see the Buck's fall but all year long I thought that if one team was going to knock them off it was going to be Illinois. I am not going to sit here and make excuses and say why Ohio State should have won, they lost. I am STILL an Ohio State fan. This has happened to us before back in the late 90's we were #1 and lost to unrakned Michigan State. Illinois is a GOOD football team so in my eyes this isn't an upset. The Illini are not ranked but they are a very good team. Mendenhall and Williams both played good. Boeckman played his worst game of the year at the worst time. I am still very happy with this team. I didn't see them being ranked #1 in the country this year. Move on to next week, we are no longer #1 but I still love the Buck's.
November 12, 200718 yr Each and every college football fan worth their salt knows exactly how heated a rivalry it is. Unless you're suggesting the Big 10 has backslid so far as to make the Ohio St.-Michigan game little more than an isolated regional tussle, no bigger than Georgetown-Cumberland, that it has completely disappeared from the radar. Puh-lease, my only comment is that unless you have lived it, you really don't understand the rivalry.
