4 out of 5 head cases ain't bad...

DON'T QUESTION TUBBY'S RECRUITING!

TB'ER!

Truth hurts.

Shouldn't we wait till the end of the season before making such statements.

The Kansas and Indiana losses of '05-'06 were pretty brutal. It might not be the worst losses ever by the program in the past 25 years but they really put things in perspective for how far we had fallen so quickly. The fact that I was stuck listening to both games on the radio as I drove between Lexington and St. Louis alone just made it all the worse.

No way would Bradley be the PG....If you wanted the best lineup of what "coulda been", you go with...

Rondo

Crawford

Meeks

Patterson

Morris

I would not have Crawford and his lazy butt near the starting lineup. I would have Bradley in over him, especially since he would be at the 2 guard spot, with Rondo being the one running the point..

Didnt UK lose to Penn or Penn State? And those two brothers that had huge games against the Cats?

Yes they did, and that Penn State team with those two brothers, actually ended up showing as the year went on that they were actually a pretty good team...

And whose to say that Gardner Webb won't show that they are a pretty good team, although from the interviews, it sounds like their season is over since they beat the "great UK."

And they might just do that, considering now they definitely have the confidence that they can play with anyone...However I doubt it. I believe that Penn State team ended actually being a 3 seed in the tournament that year...

I kinda look at the IU and KU losses in combo that season...and, IMO, they are the most embarassing for the Wildcats. Since only one is on the list, I'll vote for it.

A loss like Gardner Webb is certainly embarassing for a program like UK, but in today's college basketball they're becoming more common. Plus, you factor in a new coach, the team's second game after practicing for about 3 weeks and trying to integrate new players into roster...these things can happen.

The Indiana and Kansas losses were well into the season. Uninspired effort, and blowout losses to teams that weren't dominating, IMO...they were certainly good opponents, but not the type of teams that should beat you by 30 points. Those were the two most embarassing losses I've ever witnessed as a UK fan.

UK just absolutley quit the last two seasons. Maybe Tubby had enough of the complaints after they never made the final four in 05 and just decided it wasn't worth it, or maybe the players were just uncoachable, but the team as a whole gave up. Both of those losses were by far the most embarrassing to me. It reminds me of Roberto Duran in the "No Mas" match against Sugar Ray Leonard.

:thumb: At least Bradley's in shape and not two steps slower than everyone else.

:thumb:Bradley might do some really STUPID things sometimes, but he plays harder than anyone on the team. And if we had that lineup like the guy posted with Rondo at point, I would rather have Bradley over Crawford at the 2 guard. Because he plays harder, and he can hit the three pretty much just as good as Crawford can..

He can actually get by players too, and create scoring opportunities for others. Not that he does that as much as he should, but at least the threat is there.

:thumb:Exactly! I think we finally found something that we agree on! :D

That happens from time to time.
