What city is close to where I-64 and I-65 meet? It's just south of Louisville, just north of Bowling Green and just west of Lexington. Seems like that's pretty close to the middle for everyone.

 

Not saying there's a venue there but maybe St. X and Trinity can chip in some of their funds and build a stadium for their southern based students...

Dude, I do think they have changed the stadium just a bit from 32 years ago.

Bunch of whiners, girls basketball has been traveling to Bowling Green this whole millenium. Trust me I definitely know the route there.:thumb::sssh:

Heard this could very well happen from a very good source. Finals would be played in Bowling in the years that Louisville has a home game on the traditional dates.

If you are saying that it means more to the guys playing in the football championship than it does to the girls playing in the basketball championship game, I have a MAJOR problem with that.

 

Since these games are supposed to be about the KIDS playing in them and not you guys as fans, I would think they mean the EXACT SAME THING.

 

 

Now if you are saying that the fans of football should be given more consideration than the fans of basketball, well..............

As for the first paragraph, you know better than that. Just saying the casual fan will go to a state football finals before they would go to the state girl's basketball finals, in 'their' respective sports. For the most part, the people that attend the girl's tournament will if it's in Alaska, IMO.

 

When Mrs. Richey (Walz) was making the trip on an annual basis as a player, we were right behind her...
