Since he can't talk I guess barking is the only thing he knew. I agree a barking dog in the neighborhood is annoying but having someone in the neighborhood that would shoot someones pet poses an even greater problem.

I know if I heard it then others around me did to. I heard several people outside saying " Shut up the dang dog." I live in the Rac Club in lexington, so not like it is a slum or dirt hole. I am sure if it last much longer, someone will say something.

You just missed the perfect time Oct. 13-15: Court Days here in Mt. Sterling... you'd fit right in. BTW - I'd put the sign with the local ordinance on the door for one day. Then if it doesn't stop - I prefer a cross-bow.
