Tim "Big Dog" Lewis has been removed from his morning show. He will be replaced with Allan Cutler on Monday...

Why was Lewis removed?

And couldn't they do better that Cutler??

No one was listening and he SUCKED!

One would think they could do better than Cutler, but who would want to go up against The Angries?

Lewis was removed because his show was a better sleep aid than Nyquil.

As for Cutler, let's just say they didn't improve any...

Haven't listened to sports talk radio in a while, so I've lost track of who's a bore and who's less of a bore.

I was estatic when ESPN radio went to 1360, and then when the two angry guys came back on the air, I realized I never had to listen to the Big Dog again.

Some old timers will remember a drinking game called "Hi Bob" that was in reference to the Bob Newhart Show. Everytime some said "Hi Bob" a drink was consumed.

I mention this to make you guys pay attention and be conscious of how many times "the Cut Man" says "pal" or "pally."

Dreadful replaced by God-awful.

How about the "Big Dog" saying "no doubt about it".

I agree he is horrible, but for some reason I kept listening....

I hear a lot of people knock on the Cut Man so maybe I am missing something but I really like him as a talk show host. I like him much better than any of the local Cincy guys. I think Lance is good (very well prepared) but I don't like a lot of the fringe stuff he does. The Angry guys are OK and generally entertaining and Furman is way too much shock and not enough jock and Furman talks entirely too much baseball but that is his comfort zone.

For you guys that don't like the Cut Man, what is it you don't like about him and I will listen for it?

Coutler tries to justify his point as he is trying to state it, frustrating!!

Just spit it out already!

Seems that sometimes he has decided his point and no one can make a decent comment or argument the other way. Basically, I don't think he really gives a darn about his position but just dismisses callers for the "show" part.

For example, if the Cut Man has decided the Reds need starting pitching nothing anyone can say will sway him or even make him see their point. If the caller says, for example, that no one is going to trade a proven starter for any Reds player the Cut Man will tell the caller he is crazy and that Dunn or Phillips would bring any basically any starting pitcher the Reds wanted.

Whether they would or wouldn't isn't the point. The problem is the Cut Man dismisses the caller as if he is totally crazy when his point may have some merit.

And again I don't think the Cut Man really believes what he speils out, he just does it as part of the "entertainment".

Thanks APNW, I will be listening for that.

Anyone else?
