October 21, 200718 yr I agree...I got Maroney on my Yahoo Team! Thank Goodness that he is back! Thats the biggest reason why... NE will always ride Brady and his arm. I can see Brady getting the record
October 22, 200718 yr Author As shocked as I am to say it, I overcame Brady's performance and I'm up by 10 in fantasy...
October 22, 200718 yr He wont pass for 6 TD's vs the Steelers, Pats...He might get 2.. He plays for the Pats...
October 22, 200718 yr He wont pass for 6 TD's vs the Steelers, Pats...He might get 2.. Right now he really doesn't have to do much more than two. If he averaged two a game here on out, he'd have 45 TDs. He's probably going to have a few games of more than 2, but I really don't envision him having ANY below that mark. Before today's game he was still averaging 3.5 TDs a game. Right now I'd say an injury to him or Moss is the only way he doesn't make it.
November 19, 200718 yr Author Would anyone who said no like to change your vote? He has 38 with 6 games to go... To put this in perspective, the year that Manning broke the record, he had 35 at this point... Can't find any Dan Marino 1984 box scores to compare.
November 19, 200718 yr At this point the only thing that will hold him back is some terrible weather, and possible limited playing time after they clinch the #1 seed. I still think there will be a game or two when the running game is #1 priority but if noone can contain the Moss/Welker/Stallworth combo he will break the record.
November 20, 200718 yr He'll shatter it. He only has to throw 2 per game to break it right now...he's averaging just under 4 per game. It's possible his pace could slow, but not enough to keep him from breaking the record.
November 20, 200718 yr Best ever? I've seen most of the QBs anyone will bring up in this conversation and I say Brady is on the brink of claiming that title.
