They need someone who can nurture young players and help develop them. Obviously, the Reds are going in that direction. Who could they hire? If you go back and chart the pitch counts of pitchers that have pitched for Dusty, you would find that they are abnormally high on numerous occasions.

For the last 5 years this franchise has been focusing on restocking a farm system that was flat out empty because of the previous management teams. We are at the point that all of the hard work is set to start paying off. Bring in Dusty and all of that work is flushed away. No thanks...
