Thats because McClendon is not playing.

I think this is a dead issue for this season. Lets let him move on and we will see him next year for Holmes hopefully. I know McClendon is a player but he wasnt their whole team. He didnt do much against Highlands and they only won by 4pts due to 3 Highlands turnovers in the last 60 seconds and a big 3pter by the Huesman kid. I dont think he dominated other teams either so lets move off this subject and focus on the kids that are playing in the games next week.

McClendon didn't do much in the game vs Sharp anyway. It was Huesman that was the difference plus Strong and Monroe only played not even half the game because of foul troubles. If I remember correctly at Summitt View

Sharp jumped out all over SV and SV had to call a timeout and regroup and then the mysteriously 6 fouls were called immediately after the timeout in the 1st quarter.

It's a shame the way this year has turned out for Summit View. IMO with the team they had, minus the injuries and suspensions, they wouldn't have been beat at all. The team had at least 1 starter out against Highlands, Sharp and all of their loses. I think they only played at full strength for 4-5 games, which were all blowouts. I understand injuries happen, but when the starting 5 were on the floor together they were fun to watch!!

As you said yourself, injuries happen. They are as much a part of a season as anything!

Playing on a neutral court will make things a little more even--or should--in the NKYMSBL conference tourney!

Corbin middle makes to Sunday. 4-0 right now good luck young pups.

Mason Co is without there best player so I don't think they will be able to make any run at the title IMO

Who would that be?

Just for the record Highlands had 2 kids injured as well but they are part of the game and you go on. Its not about wins and losses at this level anyway IMO.

SV or TRMS with McClendon were the best teams. McClendon open up everything for sv.He was doubble teamed every gameso he would hit the man. If you played man he beat you off the dribble so Sv never lost with him that includes Highlands and Sharp. With TRMS he open up his game to a run and gun and he still was in control of the game andTwenofel was down 20 in the third quater. And never touch the floor since. In my opinion he is the best player and his record speaks for it's self.

Ok your right now moving on to the teams that are competing for the Conference Championship without McClendon. Good luck to all teams this week.

Hounds move on to the final four. Great run by this group of young men.

No player(s) for Sharp MS double teamed the young man in question from Summit View in their game, I can assure anyone of that!

Highlands didnt either. Luke Turner did an outstanding job on him and his only points were in transition. The 1-3-1 they threw at him late in the game made him look bad also. Forced several lazy pass turnovers. I am sure he will become a fine player but definitely not worthy of double teams from good teams, atleast not yet.

Summit view vs sharp game was 4-0 (sharp) when sv called timeout then sv took over the game. There werent alot of fouls called most were correct. Taped the game if you would like to see it. Both teams played hard sv made their 3's and played great defense. Sharp missed their 3's and that was pretty much the game. The refs didint deicide the game the players did.

Sv and highlands game was not a good game at all your right about that but maybe the defense caused some of those turnovers in the last min of the game. As far as number 24 goes not having a good game vs highlands and sharp he is the point guard whose job it is to get the ball to his teamates score when needed and play defense. #24 and 43 are the best backcourt in northern kentucky area. Sv has beat everybody in northern kentucky the last two years. Hopefully they get everybody back and do it again
